• The coffee machine needs to be serviced at least once every 18 months

Preventive maintenance

• Maintenance costs – from €74.00 to €89.00 depending on the model (price incl. VAT)
• The price includes: maintenance of the brewing mechanism, replacement of seals, descaling, cleaning of the coffee machine, cleaning of the grinder, adjustment, visual cleaning. If during opening of the coffee machine the technician determines that additional parts need to be replaced (gaskets, descaling agent and cleaning agent are included in the price of maintenance), then the cost of the parts will be added to the price of maintenance. The basic amount of maintenance from €74.00 to €89.00 depending on the model (price incl. VAT)
• If the cost of the spare part is less than €18.15 (price incl. VAT), it will be installed without the customer's consent

Only defect elimination

• Cost of repairing a defect: from €60.50 to €75.00 depending on the model (price incl. VAT)
• The price includes: disassembling the coffee machine, detecting the defect, adjusting the coffee machine, removing scale from the coffee machine, cleaning, + costs for additional work, sealing rubbers and spare parts that will have to be replaced as a result of the malfunction
• If the cost of the spare part is less than €18.15 (price incl. VAT), it will be installed without the customer's consent

Quick work in 15 minutes (without disassembling the coffee machine)

• Easy operation at the service center reception desk without disassembling the coffee machine (up to 15 min)
• Cost of repair work: €15.00 (price incl. VAT)

Quick work in 30 minutes (with disassembly of the coffee machine)

• Simple work at the service center reception desk, disassembling the coffee machine (up to 30 min)
• Cost of repair work: €30.00 (price incl. VAT) + cost of sealing rubbers and spare parts that will have to be replaced as a result of the malfunction

Search for defects, diagnostics

• Cost of diagnostics: €25.00 (price incl. VAT)
• The diagnostic fee is charged if the buyer refuses the repair. If the buyer agrees to the repair, then the diagnostic is free

Transportation, delivery there/back

• Shipping costs: €12.10 (price including VAT)

If you need a temporary replacement coffee machine:

• €1.21 (price incl. VAT) without Cappuccino function, €2.42 (price incl. VAT) with Cappuccino reduction

Repair without a queue:

• €18.15 (price incl. VAT) on the invoice if you want to receive the repaired coffee machine the next day
• The coffee machine can be delivered without prior request

Working hours: 8.00 - 18.00

Saturday: 10.00 - 15.00
