| If you want to fix a specific problem, choose repair. If you want to have the coffee machine fully inspected and serviced as a whole, choose preventive maintenance. |

| Repair addresses a specific fault in the coffee machine and includes diagnostics, descaling and cleaning. | During preventive maintenance, the coffee machine is inspected and serviced as a whole. |
| During repair, faulty parts and sealing gaskets required to fix the specific defect are replaced. A full preventive inspection and maintenance of all major components, as well as replacement of maintenance gaskets, are not included in the repair price. |
The coffee machine is disassembled to access the main components and perform an in-depth inspection and maintenance. The brewing mechanism is serviced and maintenance gaskets are replaced; the grinder is cleaned and adjusted; the coffee machine is descaled and cleaned, including the interior and external surfaces. If any faulty spare parts are identified during maintenance, their cost is added to the maintenance price. |
| SPARE PART REPLACEMENT AND APPROVAL |

| Additional spare parts with a total price of up to €25.00 including VAT are replaced without prior approval. If the total cost is higher, replacement of the spare parts is agreed with the customer before the work is carried out. |
| DIAGNOSTICS | |

| A diagnostic fee is charged only if the customer declines the repair after diagnostics have been performed. If the repair is carried out at ATAR service centre, diagnostics are included in the repair price and are not charged separately. |

| Standard repairs are usually completed within 5–7 working days. If the required spare part is not available locally and needs to be ordered, the repair time may be longer. |
