The pan with basket and tray serves as the removable cooking section where food is placed. The tray raises the food above the bottom of the pan, allowing hot air to circulate more evenly while excess fat drains to the bottom.

The spare part is usually replaced if:

• The non-stick coating is worn or badly scratched, and food starts to burn or stick to the surface.

• The pan is deformed after being dropped and no longer slides fully into the appliance.

• The handle is broken, making it difficult to remove the pan from the appliance or shake the food.

• The silicone feet on the tray are worn or missing, causing the tray to scratch the inside of the pan.
