Brew Unit Seal Kit V4 for Philips EP, Saeco GranAroma, Saeco Xelsis

This brew unit seal kit (V4) is designed for Philips EP, Saeco GranAroma, and Saeco Xelsis automatic coffee machines. It restores the full functionality of the brew unit and maintains optimal pressure during coffee extraction.

• Perfect crema: The included 6 bar conical spring and seal combination ensure precise pressure in the brew valve block, producing a rich, stable and creamy coffee layer.
• Prevents leaks: High-quality silicone and PTFE (semi-Teflon) seals fully restore the brew unit’s tightness and eliminate water leakage.
• Complete unit restoration: Includes all essential seals and components that ensure precise water and pressure circulation within the unit – piston seals, outlet seals, and the connector seal.

When to replace the seal kit:

• Reduced crema quality: Coffee crema becomes thin, loses structure, and disappears within a few seconds – indicating pressure loss in the brew valve block.
• Taste change: Coffee becomes watery or weak.
• Water leaks: Water appears under the brew unit or in the grounds container, which indicates worn seals.
• Preventive maintenance: Seal replacement is recommended every 12–18 months or after approximately 1500 coffee brewing cycles (whichever comes first) to maintain the machine’s sealing integrity and performance as intended by the manufacturer.
