The thermoblock temperature sensor is a genuine spare part for Saeco GranAroma, GranAroma Deluxe, Xelsis Deluxe, and Xelsis Suprema; Philips 800, 1000, 1200, 2200, 2300, 3200, 3300, 4300, 4400, 5400, and 5500 Series, Café Aromis 8000, and Baristina; and L'OR Barista Sublime coffee machines.

The temperature sensor is attached to the thermoblock and measures its temperature. The control board uses the sensor's signal to regulate the heating of the thermoblock.

Possible indications of an NTC temperature sensor issue include:
• on models with a text display, error 10 or 11 appears;
• on models without a text display, all three warning lights flash when the coffee machine is switched on

Error 11 alone does not confirm a faulty NTC sensor. This message may also appear if the coffee machine has not yet adjusted to room temperature after being transported or exposed to cold conditions. In this case, Philips recommends turning the machine off for 30 minutes and then turning it on again.

If the cause of the fault is unclear, it can be clarified at the ATAR service centre.

Important: Before purchasing, check whether your Philips, Saeco, or L'OR coffee machine model is included in the list of compatible models, and visually compare your existing NTC temperature sensor and its connector with the product photo.
