The milk frother connection is an original spare part for Miele CM6160, CM6360 and CM6560 coffee machines.
The milk system connector is located in the milk frother assembly of the central spout and seals the connection point.
If the milk system has been correctly assembled and cleaned, but the problem persists, one possible cause is a worn milk system connector. Heat and steam can cause the rubber connector to stretch over time and no longer seal the connection point tightly enough. This may be indicated by the following symptoms:
Milk is not drawn from the container;
The coffee machine does not froth milk — warm milk is dispensed instead of milk foam;
Milk sputters during dispensing.
