Spring filter holder for DeLonghi EC685, EC820, EC9155 (6013270969)

The filter retaining spring in EC 680.M, EC 685, EC 785, EC 885, EC 820 and EC 9155 coffee machines is located above the filter basket in the portafilter. It keeps the filter securely in place, preventing it from falling out when the coffee grounds are ejected.

The portafilter spring should be replaced if it has lost its elasticity, is deformed, or can no longer hold the filter basket, which could cause it to fall out during use.

Important: Ensure that the issue is related to the loss of elasticity of the spring and not a defect in the portafilter itself. The filter holder spring is easy to replace at home.
