Thermoblock for Saeco GranAroma and Philips EP coffee machines (421944082941)

This 1400 W, 230 V thermoblock assembly is a genuine spare part for Saeco GranAroma, GranAroma Deluxe, Xelsis Deluxe, Xelsis Suprema, and Philips 800, 1000, 1200, 2200, 2300, 3200, 3300, 4300, 4400, 5400, 5500 Series and Café Aromis 8000 coffee machines.

The heating element heats the water used for brewing coffee and dispensing hot water. For milk frothing, it heats the water to the temperature required to produce steam.

The thermoblock is typically replaced if:
• the coffee machine does not heat up and testing confirms a fault in the thermoblock's heating element;
• a leak is detected in the thermoblock itself, rather than at its connection or seal.

If the coffee machine fails to heat up and an error message appears on the display, check the thermoblock. If the thermoblock is functioning correctly, the 190°C safety thermostats, NTC temperature sensor, and connecting cable should also be checked.

If the coffee machine heats up but the coffee is only lukewarm, check the coffee temperature setting, preheat the cup, and descale the machine before replacing the thermoblock. These steps may help resolve the issue.

If the cause of the fault is unclear, the fault can be diagnosed at the ATAR service center.
