Water tank for Krups Evidence coffee machines (MS-8030000222)

The 2.3 L water tank assembly is a genuine spare part for Krups Evidence coffee machines. It is supplied complete with a lid and handle, an outlet valve and a magnetic float for water-level detection.

The water tank is usually replaced if:

• the float is stuck, damaged or no longer moves freely;
• water leaks from the tank or around the tank connection;
• the tank is cracked, deformed or otherwise damaged;
• the lid or handle is broken.

The water-level sensor detects the position of the magnetic float inside the tank, allowing the coffee machine to determine whether there is enough water. If the low-water warning remains even though the tank is full, first check that the tank is fitted correctly and that the float moves freely.

If the tank is fitted correctly and the float moves freely, but the low-water warning remains, the water-level sensor inside the coffee machine may be faulty.
