Meat Grinder Auger BMG570, BMG750, BMG900, BMG915 (BMG910/04)
The feed screw shaft of the Stollar BMG915, BMG910, BMG900, BMG750, BMG570 (for new models) meat grinders guides meat directly to the blade area, maintaining a smooth and consistent flow during grinding. If, while the motor is running, meat starts to accumulate at the beginning of the thread, the most likely cause is a worn or deformed auger screw.
In many cases, replacing the auger helps eliminate feed interruptions and correct the described symptoms by removing the root cause of the fault.
Important note: The meat grinder auger screw has a hex end. If your previous auger had a square end, you will also need to order the corresponding meat grinder gear (product code: BMG570/40).
Important: Ensure that the malfunction is directly related to the meat grinder screw. This spare part can be replaced at home without the need to fully disassemble the meat grinder.
