The rotary grating drum for coarse grating is an original Stollar spare part designed for consistent grating of vegetables, cheese, fruits and other food products.
This replaceable cylinder is one of the meat mincer accessories (item codes: BMG570/38, BMG750/47, BMG750/49) and is mounted directly onto the main body.
When the grating drum becomes worn or mechanically damaged, replacing it helps eliminate the described symptoms and restores the food grating quality.
