Thermostat 107 °C for Gaggia coffee machines (421946504761)

The brew thermostat is an original spare part for coffee machines in the Gaggia Evolution Espresso, Baby, Baby Twin, New Baby, Classic, New Classic, Classic E24 and Classic 30 series.

The coffee boiler thermostat screws into the boiler. It controls boiler heating and cuts power to the heating element when the temperature reaches 107 °C.

The contact thermostat is usually replaced if:

• the coffee machine does not heat water;
• the coffee is cold or only lukewarm;
• during coffee preparation, the group head dispenses very hot water with steam or only steam.

Before purchasing, check that the existing thermostat is marked 107 °C. Do not confuse it with the 145 °C steam thermostat, whose manufacturer codes are 421946504771, 996530054612 and DM1288.
